It’s a Powder Day in Big Bear! The Resorts received a fresh batch of snow last night, on top of using the snowmaking equipment all night. Both resorts have a coverage of 18 to 36 inches with a coating of fresh powder.
Bear Mountain has 45 snow features and 46 jibs and the half pipe was recut last week. Outside of Mammoth Mountain which is five hours away, Big Bear has the best snow coverage in Southern California.
