Easter Weekend Update

Bear Mountain

Bear Mountain

It’s 2:00 PM on a Monday afternoon in the mountains of Southern California. The current temperature is 57 degrees and the skies are sunny and bright blue. With temperatures heading towards 60 degrees, it’s a beautiful day in the mountains.

The weather is expected to change dramatically over the next few days with a chance of snow on the horizon. A storm is expected to arrive Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning and has been forecast to leave a half a foot of snow.

The National Weather Service has issued the following advisory for Tuesday:
AN UPPER TROUGH WILL CAUSE GUSTY WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS TUESDAY AFTERNOON INTO WEDNESDAY. THE STORM COULD ALSO BRING FOUR TO SIX INCHES OF SNOW TO THE MOUNTAINS ABOVE 5000 FEET.

HAPPY SPRING!
