Road Conditions as of 9:00 AM, Sunday; Highway 38 closed Highway 18 closed at Arctic Circle, Open through Lucerne Valley Highway 330 open to Snow Valley. Crews are working to re-open the roads. They need to make 2 passable lanes and some turn-outs. The problem is that people are stopping in the middle of the road to put chains on.
Highway 18 through Running Spring may be open in an hour!
A convoy made it through last night with gas, food and Red Cross supplies.
